Lead and manage a care team, helping them to deliver high
standards across the organisation and supporting the manager of
the service.

What does it involve

Supporting the manager to run the workplace
Ensuring standards of care are maintained
Safely plan staffing levels and comply with legislation and regulatory requirements
Undertaking care assessments and working closely with healthcare professionals

Salary range

from £26,985 to £33,000

Entry qualifications required

Entry requirements will depend on the role, but will normally require a social care or management qualification at level 3 or above.
